NORDFLAME AB - 2014
Nordflame is a small company with a small business in custom-made fireplaces, outdoor kitchen and tables of exclusive natural stone. The company's challenge was to cost effectively reach out to the market to grow.
After analysis, we found that the company's website would not convert well enough even if we could increase the traffic. We looked over the identity and created a new website and visual identity with a focus on digital channels.
The company's volume is steadily increasing by about 10% per month. The focus now is on internal work to be able to handle larger orders.
BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
Nordflame has operations in Estonia and Sweden. The company focuses on the manufacture of fireplaces, outdoor kitchen, dining tables and coffee tables in exclusive natural stone. The company is not big but the staff is driven by great craftsmanship and a passion to showcase their products to a larger market. The company sells both to private customers and dealers.
WEBSITE AND BRANDING
First we did an audit. We looked over all the communication tools used by the company. Although we were able to deliver traffic to the site, it would not lead to any conversion when the site content was not good. We designed a new brand identity and was based on a marketing strategy in which digital channels were central. Website content focused on inspiring pictures and story from clients. A new communications plan and sales strategy was devised.
The company now has a couple of dealers in Sweden and volumes are steadily increasing by about 10% each month.
The company now needs to pause marketing efforts to work on internal infrastructure and procedures to handle larger orders.
The next step is to activate a Adwords campaign together with our partner Digital Dominance. In the next step, we will assist the company with the introduction of sales support and project management systems, and work out a marketing budget and sales strategy for 2015.
